Last March I had the pleasure of traveling out to Los Angeles
with my good friend, fellow designer, Ginger Brewton. It's hard to believe that
a year has passed since our amazing adventure. We saw so many inspiring things
during our visit that I had to dedicate these first several posts to all the
fabulousness we found in LA. Hope you enjoy!
The Klismos Chair is a perfect example of timeless,
understated elegance. The delicate legs which curve in opposite directions to
stabilize weight and the comfortable s-shaped back create a chair that is
both graceful and balanced. It's no wonder this Greek invention is still
relevant in design of today. This example was seen at JF Chen and I just love it in the gold!
